Through this design and vintage object, the ArtJL brand offers you to opt for sustainable and responsible lighting.
To give a second life to this heater, to transform it into a lamp, it has been cleaned, sanded, painted and repainted.
A specific lighting system was installed depending on the desired ambiance.
Very elegant in its matt white and black finish, this lamp diffuses a beautiful light through its aluminum grid. Lighting is provided by a 6 watt neon supplied.
Original creation by ArtJL. Unique model, signed and numbered ArtJL144.
Lucas Industries has been a manufacturer of components for the automotive and aerospace industries. Founded in 1872 by Joseph Lucas, the company was based in Birmingham, England. This brand has dedicated itself, for a hundred years, to automotive and motorcycle electrical supplies.
As a logical follow-up, she attempted to launch her own line of small electric heaters. But it did not meet the expected success. A recentralisation and a restructuring were right of this attempt. Among the heaters produced in this range is this model.
By transforming it into a lamp, the ArtJL brand continues the history of this object.

« When we visited the Vintage fair in Montpellier to kiss our talented friend Jérôme, we discovered this lamp on its stand. Favorite (the 2nd!)… Since then, it has found its place in our living room in a blue, white and camel shade. WeArtJL ! » (Audrey C., Mirande)
« I discovered the ArtJL brand in a vintage living room. I really fell in love with the Thermor white lamp. I had to wait until my birthday to rediscover, on a shelf in my library, the harmonious curves of this lamp. I do not regret my choice. All my friends love it. Thanks to Jérôme Peyronnet for this fine work accomplished.» (Pascale P., Marseille)
The Kodak brand did not only produce films and cameras. She also created lanterns in the 1970s. This ArtJL design lamp was produced from one of them. Its industrial style will surprise you.
